"This opportunity to broaden our shareholder base comes at an excellent time for PetroMed after having received permit approval from the Israel Ministry of National Infrastructures to begin exclusive exploratory pursuit of hydrocarbons within the identified shallow water prospects offshore Tel Aviv in northern Israel."
PetroMed's share capital comprises approximately 45 million common shares issued, on a fully diluted basis, and there are 100 million authorized.
